Dan McIvor- Partner (LLB)
Dan was admitted a as solicitor in 1983 and has acquired
a wealth of knowledge in his areas of expertise.
Dan has extensive experience in litigation, including:
Commercial disputes
All aspects of Family law.
He
is a Queensland Law Society Approved Mediator which
allows him to mediate
disputes between
parties and to assist them to reach a successful resolution.
As a solicitor of more than 20 years standing, he also

Doug Hemming- Partner (LLB)
Doug was admitted as a solicitor in 1974 and since that
time he has acquired extensive experience and knowledge
especially in the area of commercial law. He has worked
for a number of financial institutions. He has wide
experience in insolvency, securities and retail shop
leasing matters.
Doug is also a Queensland Law Society Approved Mediator.
